Technical Officer (School of Agriculture, Food and Wine, Adelaide University)

The School of Agriculture, Food and Wine is embedded in the Faculty of Sciences at The University of Adelaide. The school is located at the University's Waite campus, the pre-eminent agricultural and wine science research site in the Southern Hemisphere. The School offers academic programs in food and nutrition science, applied biology, agricultural science, viticulture and oenology and plant biotechnology. The School of Agriculture, Food and Wine has world-class expertise and facilities in human nutrition, agricultural and plant sciences, plant breeding, viticulture and oenology and biochemistry. 

The school is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join usas part of a South Australian Grain Industry Trust (SAGIT) funded project. Under the general direction of the project supervisors, the technical officer will complete laboratory and field-based research for a SAGIT funded project that aims to benchmark nitrogen-use efficiency in a panel of diverse durum wheat germplasm.
